PATTERN MAKING GRADING, LAYOUT, PLOTTING:
We create patterns for you based on designs, sketches, photos or samples +a spec sheet with measurements chart
We can grade the pattern that we have created for you or you can provide us with your paper pattern that we digitalize, then grade. Plotting of patterns for production can be done on normal or adhesive paper.
You also can send us your patterns by mail in one of the following formats: dxf, rul, mdl.
PROTOTYPES, SAMPLES
Prototype/sample making is one of the most important stages as you would probably like to see your designed style in real life before it goes to bulk production.
Leadtime: 3-7 days from the moment the pattern is ready
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control begins from checking the raw fabrics and ends with the final control before shipping out.
In between, our QC people check all stages of the production process : from cutting, sewing and matching the trimming to finishing and packaging.
On request, we can send you pre-production or production samples
TRANSPORT
We work with professional transport companies and we can arrange transport for you for both materials being sent to Romania to finish garments to be sent to the delivery address as per your request. We can also deliver to your end clients in which case the garments will be packed in separate boxes for each of your end client. Transport is mostly done using Sprinter types of vans which make it possible that you get your goods withing 3-4 days.
For hanging garments we can use truck with hanging facility or hanging boxes

– Embroidery: machine embroidery and hand embroidery
– Prints: transfer prints, digital prints, screen prints
– Procurement of materials: we could purchase fabrics and accessories like:denim, jersey, lining, interlining, quilting, thread, labels, zippers, poly bags, hangers, buttons
